Start at Level 1 and, with complete dedication, in 1 year and 6 months end up at Level 5 ready to start bodybuilding/fitness competition training. Even if you do not want to compete you will have that summer beach body.

Having a gym membership is not a necessity because home workouts are also available.

At Nuvu fit we understand that creating a new lifestyle takes time so our plans are designed with that concept in mind. Each level is broken down in segment blocks. This gives you the opportunity to advance yourself to the next level at the end of each segment. Each level will only be active for up to 1 year. We are confident that if you stick to the plan within 1 year you will be ready to move to the next level.
Level 1 Weight-loss is an 8 week intro plan available in six segment blocks. This is designed for every individual hoping to lose weight or find new motivation in the gym or at home. Level one is also for those who are returning to a fitness lifestyle because life has brought about changes. Level one primary focus is all about losing weight and feeling great. Perfect for the individual wanting to lose 40-150+ pounds.
Level 2 Fitness is an 8 week plan available in six segment blocks. Level two is designed for the individual that wants to lose weight, feel great, have more energy, and stay motivated. Individuals that start at this level have experienced weight loss and health plans however, have become stagnant in their journey. This individual may need a more challenging workout and structured nutrition to help see changes. In level two, individuals will focus on strength and cardio conditioning. Level two is perfect for the individual that wants to lose 20-50 pounds.
Level 3 Tone Up is a 12 week plan available in four segment blocks designed for the individual that wants to lose weight but focus on toning the muscles, tightening the skin around the muscles, and better definition. Level three individuals are looking to find a more defined chiseled look. Must have motivation to stick with a fitness and nutrition plan. Level three is designed for the individual that wants to lose 5 to 20 pounds and tone up.
Level 4 Performance is a 12 week plan available in four segment blocks. This level is about performance and enhancing your cardiovascular and strength. The main focus of this level is to maximize your endurance through high intensity interval training. (HITT). You may lose weight, but building strength and endurance is the primary focus.
Level 5 Muscle Building is a six-month plan available in two segment blocks. Level five individuals have reached their weight loss goal and want to build muscle for a more defined look. Level five is a preparation level for any fitness competition training. Level five is for the individual that wants to look like a fitness competitor but not compete right away. If competing is your ultimate goal, this level will prepare you to start a training program with a certified competition coach. Level five requires total dedication to the plan. This level is designed to target and build specific muscle groups throughout the plan. A coach will also personally review and assess your progress pics and measurements weekly to ensure you are heading to your goal.
