By purchasing any plan from Nuvu Fit I understand that there are no refunds.  I understand that I may upgrade my service and use any unused portion of my payment towards the upgrade.  All upgrades are honored within the first 7 days after purchase.

All plans have a reoccurring payment plan either 8 weeks, 12 weeks, or monthly. I understand that I will be billed according to the payment cycle.  If I wish to cancel the reoccurring payments I must cancel prior to the start date of the new cycle.  I may also send an email directly to nuvufit@gmail.com with my notice to cancel.  My subscription is not cancelled until I receive a confirmation of cancellation from Nuvu Fit.

I understand that the workout and training programs are at my own risk and I assume all liability for the training program I purchase.  I have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to the Waiver prior to purchasing and starting any plan.
