Studies show that the more active an individual the more they can enhance bone density, muscle dexterity, and cardiovascular health.  So if you are ready to get active we have created a plan for you.  Use the weight you feel comfortable with, go as long as you can .  Each workout is designed to keep you moving and to challenge you.  Do a little each day for 8 weeks and you are guaranteed to see results.  Workouts can be completed at home or the gym.
